Personal training in your home or workplace on the mid-Peninsula (Atherton, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, Woodside, East Palo Alto, and Redwood City.)   I will bring weights and other equipment as needed.
Coronavirus safe workouts.
A unique private fitness experience; no driving time, no locker room, no onlookers, no bad music.
People usually need 1 to 3 workouts per week. 
For those who are self-motivated, I can set you up with an exercise program and instruct you in 1 or 2 sessions.

Training sessions are one hour.

In home personal training:
Cost:   1 session  $100 - $120
  
Fee may increase for home visits with more than 15 minutes travel time one way, set-up time for equipment,   
and the time and day of the week.
To reduce your costs, special rate for training two or more people at one session.  
Also 45 minute sessions available

Green Exercise/Outdoor Training at Bedwell Bayfront Park , Marsh Road, in Menlo Park:
Cost:    1 session  $75        Hiking, hills, weights, nature, and beautiful views

Personal training at the Rosewood Sandhill Hotel, Sense Spa Gym, for Lifestyle Members and hotel guests.
(Currently not available due to Coronavirus restrictions)  

Cancellation policy:  Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions requires 24 hours notice.
